From 1th,Nov ,2018 china steel price started to decline in short time , it is cheaper up to 7% than last month. One side it is effected by the cold weather ,many projects have stopped ,another size because of steel mill's profit reduce. Compared with last year date, ordre will less much and factory hope to keep the production stablely . Anyhow,it is a best time to purchase for foreign clients. Price keep down or not in the soon future, it is hard to predit.
